I think I was charged twice

A second "pending" amount from a payment that didn't go through usually drops off by itself. Check Order history to be sure.

1. Is one of them "pending"?

If a payment was declined and you tried again, your bank may show a pending authorisation for the attempt that didn't go through. We don't take that money. It usually disappears by itself within a few days, depending on your bank.

2. Check your orders

Sign in and open My eSIMs → Order history.

  • One order: you paid once. The other line is a pending hold.
  • Two orders: two eSIMs were bought. If that was a mistake at checkout (the same plan, minutes apart), talk to us with both order numbers.
