Getting a new phone
Your kimsim eSIM stays on the phone it was installed on. It can't be moved.
- Mid-trip: keep using the old phone for data, or buy a new eSIM for the new one.
- iPhone sometimes offers to transfer eSIMs to a new iPhone. Don't count on it working for a travel eSIM.
Phone lost or stolen
- Tell us with your order number, so we know.
- The eSIM is on the lost phone. We can't move it or send it again.
- An eSIM that was already installed can't be refunded (refund rules).
